The Ministry of Foreign Affairs observed that Kyaw Moe Tun, a dismissed civil servant who has been facing the charge of high treason, made a statement at the Interactive Dialogue of the Third Committee under item 29: Advancement of women on 5 October 2021. The Ministry lodged its objection to the relevant Offices against the permission for his participation and strongly rejected the distorted and unfounded statement.
